    "The original Greek recipe is slightly different than the above one. Basically, what you do is create your own chicken broth (boil chicken with a hint of lemon, follow the above directions, and in the end add pieces of chicken back.Of course, this is the island version. Maybe the mainland avoids the chicken for some reason :"
