After 20 years of cooking the way I was brought up (meat, starch and fruit or veggies), I'm learning an appreciation for more than what's in the standard cookbooks. My husband has been influential in expanding my tastes and willingness to try new foods and I've managed to surprise even him with some of the recipes we've tried out.
We also encourage our children to try new things and they are all highly adventurous.
I'm willing to give most anything a shot and don't know that I necessarily have a favorite food.
