    About Me

I love to cook (mainly bake, and make confectionary)....My main hobbies are avoiding my uni lectures ;) (i'm studying parasitology ..... yes i'm weird for studying it), and photography. I'm a flower, butterfly, animal, and an all round macro photographer. I draw (badly), and write (also badly). I love to collect recipes, and try them out. Since i have so much free time in uni, i tend to spend most of my time baking cakes and making sweets, trying to find recipes that work.

I'm famous for my swiss rolls and lemon meringue pie. And i've just aquired a marble chopping board, so my fav thing to do is to make humbugs, and sweets that need the toffee stretching. If you have any confectionary recipes, please pass them to me, i'd love to see what i can make :)

    Favorite Foods

Lasagne and spaghetti bolangnase (they're both kinda the same really....)..and also peaches.
Tiramisu has to be the greatest dessert of all time!
