I love to cook and try new recipes.I have many cookbooks, one of my favorite is "Donia Lola, a classic argentina food book. I do also like "Crandon" , Crandon was an Uruguayan school of cooking, which has some similar recipes, but with the taste of Uruguay.
I wrote that many years ago, by now I love many cookbooks!
I love to work in the garden, always looking for the perfect plant.
Asado (Barbecue), Salads, chocolate cakes, and many more, chinese rice.One of the things i do best is Lasagna.
