"We love the Blueberry muffins from Sweet Tomatoes, they are one of my five year old's favorite foods. When he took a bite of these muffins, he declared that they were better than ST's! I also love that I didn't have to pastry cut the shortening to make the texture good. Just don't over beat. We made a little bowl of butter whipped with fresh h..."

"Very rich, very decadent, amazing! If you don't like super rich cakes, don't try this one because even I...could only handle a small piece of this chocolatey goodness. All 6 in my family loved it and decided it was our favorite chocolate cake. I agree, even better the next day. Pop it in the micro for 10 seconds to make it warm and gooey, then it ..."

"This will replace my ISB recipe that I have used for years. All five of agreed it was far superior!! I must admit, I added a bit extra sugar as we like it on the sweeter side, and a bit more milk...with fabulous results. Very light compared to our normally dense loaf. Thanks SO much for sharing this great recipe!"

"This bread is great! I LOVE that you can just mix it up in the pan it bakes in. I have had problems with it bubbling over, so now I always put a cookie sheet under the pan. Last time I made it I reduced the butter by half & it was just as good, YAY!"

I would say as much as we love sweet things, it has plenty of sugar & didn't need more added before or after cooking! It came out different than I imagined, kind of dry like gran..."
