"These are delightfully delicious and so easy to make. My family requests I make these for every Christmas Eve gathering. I am sorry I didn't comment three years ago when I first made these. I love that you can top these with whatever your family likes. Also, I use Athens prebaked phillo shells so I don't even have to turn on my oven. Thanks J..."

"I thought I had commented on this recipe the first time I made it, but apparently I did not. It is the most requested dish my family asks me for whenever we have any kind of family get together. I stir the cheese into the mixture and top with crushed Ritz crackers that have been mixed with melted butter. We love the crunchiness it adds to the d..."

"Kudos!!! Your recipe piqued my interest because I had never seen a recipe for liver and onions that used ginger or Panko crumbs. I am SO happy I decided to try it. These were the absolute BEST I have ever eaten. I decided to soak the livers in milk for an hour ( I just think it draws out some of the strong flavor of the liver and I used Panko..."

"The basic recipe is good. My changes were adding 1 tbl. sugar (will pare that down to 1 tsp. next time, 1 tbl. garlic powder and 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning (will put in 2 tsp. next time. My brother fell in love with this. Last night he spread it over some baked cod and he said it turned a boring piece of fish into a five star restaurant fish. ..."

"Wow! My brother and his fiance loved this so much when I made it for a family gathering that they asked me to make it for their buffet at their wedding. I made two HUGE pans of it and there wasn't one green bean left. It was a tremendous hit. This is now a family staple when we have family get-togethers!!!"

"This salmon loaf is amazing. Since I don't eat white bread, I used whole wheat. Wonderful combination of flavors and very easy to make. Did I mention how delicious and moist this is? Best salmon loaf I have ever made and the only one from now on. Thanks so much, Caren."

"This is absolutely wonderful! I didn't go through the steps of putting the sauce together as the recipe states, I prepared it as if i were making a regular white sauce in a saucepan. Same results with less work. Thanks, Reality. I will be using this in place of my Alfreda Sauce recipe from now on. ~Darlene~"

"This had wonderful flavor. My only problem with it is it took 1 1/2 hours to bake. Next time I will cover the dish with foil and remove it at the end to brown the top. I don't care for potato chips in recipes so I used 2 cups of Panko crumbs instead. As I said earlier, this really had a wonderful flavor. Thanks KITTENCAL."

"This was very good, but since I didn't find it as sweet as I would have liked, I sprinkled one 3.4 oz. box of Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding over all, folded it in, and refrigerated overnite to ensure pudding would dissolve. Got raves from family at a family picnic. Will definitely be making again. Thanks rochsann!!"
