I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

Ive been cooking ever since I was old enough to reach the stove knobs. I attended the Art Istitute of Dallas for culinary arts. I spent around 5 or 6 years in the food biz, including 2 years working at olive garden. These days I dont cook for a living, but I still really enjoy cooking for friends and family. Most of the dishes I prepare come from the top of my head. Sometimes they work, sometimes they dont. I hope you enjoy some of my recipes!

    Favorite Foods

sushi, home made lasagna, chili relleno, chicken mole`, anything fried, stews, bar b que, hamburgers, sausage, seafood of all kinds, pasta, venison, elk, wild pig, rabbit, veal, lamb, dove, quail, and many other wild game. Its like Andrew Zimmern says, "If it looks good, eat it!"
