    "Used a 3 pound point, trimmed, and rinsed. Cooked everything except cabbage for 7 hrs on low. Cabbage cooked for about 2.5 hrs on top. Meat was very tender, veggies maybe a little too done. Taste was bland but interesting will use packet next time. Not sure about the beer thing.?"
