"I loved this, and did a mixture of pork and ham. Plus substituted water for Pineapple Juice in the sauce. Plus added a sprinkle of ginger powder into sauce.Thanks for a great recipe!"

"Looks good... I usually do either frozen or canned peas myself.GaylaV... I believe if you cook frozen peas, then store them in the fridge overnight, heat them up on the stove the next night and they would be good for creaming at that point. Just a thought"

"I tried this but added some slices of gold and green pepper for more flavor. So many have added fruit (tomato and grapes, however I like the idea of a low carb salad as as Diabetic.So since Peppers have more and some similar nutrients as tomatoes, it was the perfect addition."
