"I really enjoyed this dish! At first I doubted it could be so good since it was so simple .. but it was! The quiona was incredibly flavorful and it had a slight kick but not too spicy at all. I used butter instead of oil, doubled the garlic, and toasted the quiona. It was my main dish so it served two!"

"Good simple and solid recipe. Cook this when you want something light or a fresh side dish. To make it vegetarian, I used veggie stock instead of chick stock. I also toasted the quinoa to give it a rich nutty flavor and cooked it in the rice cooker. So easy that way!"

"With a couple changes (thanks to previous reviews for advice!, this recipe was really tasty! I froze the tofu then tossed it in the food processor to easily crumble it up. I also added the one tbsp of cornstarch to the chili powder. To give it that extra depth of flavor some people said it needed, I added about 2-3 tbsp of worcestershire sauce..."

I let the dressing sit for about 20 minutes to let the flavors blend before adding the tomatoes, bean..."

It was tasty, but I was left craving that creaminess the other recipes raved about. So I did a little research, investing in some good cheddar cheese that melts well (used Adam's Reserve..."

"Very tasty! As is, I give the recipe a 4 out of 5. Next time I will saute the spinach with some garlic and onions and add the cottage cheese right before I take the mixture off the heat. I think that extra step recommended by other reviewers will give it that extra bit of depth and make the recipe 5 stars! Also, used just over a 1/2 cup of raw..."

"Very simple and very good. I used it as a spread for pumpkin bread so I added a touch of ground glove, cinnamon, and nutmeg."

"Wonderful! Everyone ate the pumpkin bread up quickly! I made a cream cheese icing for the side ... tasted wonderful spread over a slice of the bread. I will def. be keeping this recipe. Used a little less sugar than it called for. Came out so moist!"
