"This is a very delicious filling if you make a couple changes: (1 After cooking the filling, discard it's liquid; (2 Mix one-half jar of beef gravy with 2.5 tsp. brown sugar; (3 Mix it with the filling. This recipe gets the credit for the flavor complexity it provided."

"Outstanding! I didn't bother with clarifying the butter. I cooked it on medium heat, and the 3 minutes each side was perfect. The sauce is thin, but delicious. I used mahi mahi and about twice as many chopped macadmia nuts. My fish-hating husband liked it!"

"Really different and delicious! I like it alot. Regarding the brown sugar topping, some of it melts into the cream, while some of it doesn't. The latter gives it something like a creme brulee touch without all the work. lovely. ZWT7"

"This is delicious! I divided it in half, put half the cream in part of it, and served that to myself for dinner. The other half is being refrigerated without the cream, which will be added after the stock is reheated tomorrow for He Who Hates To Try New Things.
