"This is a very delicious filling if you make a couple changes: (1 After cooking the filling, discard it's liquid; (2 Mix one-half jar of beef gravy with 2.5 tsp. brown sugar; (3 Mix it with the filling. This recipe gets the credit for the flavor complexity it provided."

"Pretty tasty and certainly easy. However, I think it could be made better by browning the pork in the oven after being shredded. It was still good, tho."

"The beet roots turned out really well, but man those greens were bitter. Probably the fault of the greens rather than the recipe."

"Outstanding! I didn't bother with clarifying the butter. I cooked it on medium heat, and the 3 minutes each side was perfect. The sauce is thin, but delicious. I used mahi mahi and about twice as many chopped macadmia nuts. My fish-hating husband liked it!"

"Really different and delicious! I like it alot. Regarding the brown sugar topping, some of it melts into the cream, while some of it doesn't. The latter gives it something like a creme brulee touch without all the work. lovely. ZWT7"
