"I have made this several times now so I owe it a review. This is a great recipe. Don't skip the boiling the broth part or your rice will not be fully cooked after baking. I even throw the rice in the boiling broth for about 5 minutes before going into the oven. I mix it up by adding peas and sliced black olives and have even made it with some ..."

"This was fabulous and a big hit! The only change I made was to use half crab meat and half shrimp and I added a little cheese. I had leftover stuffing so I stuck it in the freezer and the following week used it to make the most incredible stuffed mushrooms. Thanks for a great recipe!"

"What an incredible flavor the gravy had. I only used a 4lb chuck roast but made the full gravy anyway. Definitely add the horseradish and mustard! Be careful on the salt because there is a lot in the onion soup mix. So easy and so delicious."
