mushrooms, all veggies except okra and collard greens, all fruits, chocolate, hot peppers (anything hot/spicy), pastas/grains, beans (all kinds), soy protein, cheese......as you have probably guessed from my list, I'm a vegetarian....but my family isn't, so I still cook lots of meat/poultry dishes.
