    About Me

    I work as a chemical technician. I've done this for thirty years. There is not a great deal of difference in cooking, and the work that I do. I scuba dive whenever, and where ever possible. It is the most relaxing pass time. I love Alton Brown's "I'm just here for the food".
    He is a uniqe person. I also like Bobby Flay. amd Giada DeLaurian. I love cooking and Wines. My Wife's parents immagrated from Holland around the middle of the last century, and she is an incredible cook.

    Favorite Foods

    Asian,and/or Calamari. Mexican, Italian, Spanish, French..., I could go on and on. I just heard of a source for Octopus in the area. I use to be a picky eater. I recieved a new Grill for fathers day last year, and I'm exploring its uses. There are no "famous dishes that I'm aware of. I'm not that good. Chris's on pier 21, Lapagarra, Puerto Rico.
