    "This is a great recipe for Saag Paneer. I could not get Paneer at my market so I used queso fresco (a mexican chese that is similar in taste and texture to paneer. It turned out just perfect. This was as good as any that I have had at Indian restaurants. Thanks so much for the recipe!"

    "This is a fantastic Butter Chicken. As others did, I added shallot and ground corriander. I cooked the chicken ahead of time becuase I was making this for a dinner party and simply wanted to speed up the time standing over the stove. I did not need the cornstarch and water at the end.     "I have made this serveral times but I use endive leaves instead of pasta shells. Also I add some chopped gouda or havarti cheese and sometimes I add garbonzo beans. This is always a hit with guests and all but filling the endive leaves can be done ahead."
