"This was very tasty. I made it for my wife and I, and we both really enjoyed it. Lots of flavor that reminded us of schnitzel we'd had in Germany. Had asparagus cooked in garlic and oil as a side. I did make the sauce, but didn't find it added much to the flavor."

"These were great pancakes, and super easy to make. My only comment would be that you can't make "big" pancakes with these, as the batter does not flow well once it hits the pan, i.e., use the recommended 1/4 cup per pancake."

"This is an easy recipe and makes a great soup. It comes out quite thick as the lentils soak up the liquid while they cook. I used green lentils, and added a 1/4 tsp of cumin, too, and served it over brown rice. My only suggestion would be to give the lentils a 10-15 minute head start on the carrot and potato, as the lentils take longer to cook."

"Excellent recipe - great taste and easy to make! I thought I could leave out the olive oil because of the bacon, but discovered that the frittata sticks to the pan if you do that.
