    "Sorry, I can't give this any stars. I tried this recipe, and it never thickened. I think adding the lemon juice, at the beginning, caused the egg to curdle before it could thicken. I then tried my own recipe, and added the lemon juice and mustard, after the oil and egg had thickened, and it worked fine."
