"I love this dough. Comes out perfectly every time. Proves beautifully after coming out of the bread machine and has the right amount of salt.
What more could you ask? I never use my bread machine now, except for when I make this :
I put water, then oil, flour salt and sugar (mixed first if i remember next, then yeast in the well in th..."

"This is a fantastic cake. If I could give it 6 stars I would.I only ever make the half quanitity.I had to make quite a few changes to it - I couldn't get the lemon pudding mix so I doubled the lemon juice. I didn't have lemon extract - so I left it out. I used vanilla extract (which is twice the strength of the essence, but still added the fu..."

"SUCH a great cake. So moist it almost looked uncooked when I took it out of the oven. My son adores it. I made it to freeze for school, and the cake was so lovely and sweet I saw no reason to bother icing it.The only negative was that the directions to make frosting seemed a little incomplete - but like I said, it really didn't need it.I ha..."

"This was a nice easy recipe. I cant evaluate it too fairly though, because I had to substitute a few things. I used plain vanilla yogurt, orange instead of lemon, and becasue the yogurt was not citru flavoured, I added 4 teaspoons of juice and extra zest. The sugar turned out a bit grainy, but next time I'll just mix it for a bit longer. Also ..."

"Really great and easy recipe. Turned out beautifully despite my 3 year old and I doing just about everything wrong.FYI, we had no allspice, and my son had added cinnamon before I realised it and the cinnamon was lovely - there was probably no more than half a teaspoon there, it turned out a nice alternative!"

"Most of these recipes were too involved for me. This was ridiculously simple and so tasty! I even simplified it further by topping it with melted milk chocolate only and it was still fantastic. Very rich - but that just means you eat less. I'll be making this "my slice" to take for morning teas etc from now on. Thanks."

"Great recipe, I was a little heavy handed on the salt (silly me but they were still great. I have never had pancakes turn out so fluffy before. My two-year-old told me that they were "perfect"."

"We have an extremely good falafel place around the corner from my home, so my standards are pretty high. I thought these were delicious. What a great recipe! I baked mine in the oven at 200 degres celsius, but as they didn't turn golden I chucked them in the fry pan as well. It wasn't until I tried one that I realised they didn't even need it...."

"My son refused to try this at first and then polished off the entire bowl! What I loved about this recipe was that it worked perfectly well even without the bell pepper and the pimento. I added a bit of paprika to make up for it. Its definitely going in the recipe file as a regular menu item... Thank you"

"Great for kids (and parents even though it does take some time to prepare. I have added all sorts of vegies to this, but my favourite is just with chicken broth, sauteed onion and celery. My son LOVES it. I couldn't even tell you how many times I have made it. My advice to sloppy measurers though is to make sure you add plenty of butter or th..."
