    About Me

I am a total foodie and a Vegetarian by birth. Only in the recent years with the advent of me moving to the US that I realised that many non-vegetarians find veggie food as bland. I became a blogger to prove otherwise.

Being an Indian, I personally think that our cuisine is immensely rich not only in variety and taste but also in nutrition and that too without even trying. In order to showcase our food and also to establish that Vegetarian and Vegan food is far from bland, I chronicle my experiments and culinary journey in my blog Chefinyou.com.

    Favorite Foods

I love food and it shows, by the number of dishes I love. But from the top of my head, my favourites are

    1. Vegetarian Mapo Tofu
    2. Mango with Sticky rice
    3. Garlic Naan with Paneer Butter Masala
    4. Tofu Burgers
    5. Black Bean and Mango quesadillas
    6. Mac and Cheese
    7. Falafel and Hummus with Pita
    8. Focaccia
    9. Vegetarian Sushi
    10. Mongolian style noodles
