    "This is so fantastic! I used lime in place of lemon, Siracha, chipolte powder, no green peppers only red and yellow, lots more onion to marinate the flank steak and all the veggies. I marinated for 6-7 hours. Oh, was it great. My electric skillet enjoyed the flavors too! A keeper for this household. Gracias Paula. Diane"

    "Exceptional! I asked the fish monger at the grocery fish counter to steam four large Florida lobster tails for me instead of going through the cooking myself. Too messy of a job.
