"I doubled this recipe. I diced up about 8 cloves of garlic and steeped them in simmering water for about an hour before adding the potatoes. As other reviewers suggested I increased the Parmesan cheese. Amazing! Even better the day after reheated with a little cream....mmm...yum! Thanks MizzNezz :P"
