Reviewed Roasted Bone-In Chicken Breasts With Herbs
"Didn't change a thing. Very good with the lemon shining through. Our chicken only took about 30 minutes total. I would make this again. Very easy to throw together. Good week day meal."

Reviewed Swiss Steak
"Way too much liquid in this dish. Really didn't care for it at all. The meat was drowning in liquid. I would leave out the water next time. This is nothing like the swiss steak I grew up on."

"This was the perfect pot roast. I put a 3 1/2 pound pound pot roast in a 250 degree oven before church (I needed more cooking time). I live just outside of Chicago with my Husband of 35yrs. I am a grandma of five and work as a dental receptionist. Baking is my passion and bake every week. I have over 150 cookbooks and my favorite is Pillsbury's "The Complete Book of "Bakeing". I love to relax with a new cookbook, but usually go to the internet when I looking for a specific type of recipe and I'm in a hurry.
I love Southern cooking. I would prefer to bake than to cook. My husband does most the cooking, but I do all the baking and I'm best know for my cinnamon rolls. When eating out my husband and I lean toward Polish or German cooking, which we grew up on and rarely make. We both learned to can from our mothers and still can today. People love our Salsa even though we cheat and us "Mrs. Wage's Salsa Mix". The entire line of Mrs. Wage's is wonderful!
