"I am actually giving this 5 stars because it is SO EASY to make. It is not as delicate as the pho from my favorite Vietnamese place, but the ease bumps it up from 4 stars to 5! Made as directed (except for cilantro because, well, bleck. Next time I might add a few veggies. But this is going to go into heavy rotation around here!"

"I had both cantelopes and peaches left over from this week's farm share so I thought this would be perfect. The taste is great, 5 stars. I cooked for over an hour and it wasn't coming close to setting up. I added a packet of liquid pectin and STILL cooked it for 20 minutes. And probably could have gone longer."

"This was really pretty easy and very tasty. My husband, who doesn't like canned tomato soup, said "Now that is how tomato soup should taste!" I used a random assortment of tomatoes left over from our veggie share and I froze the leftovers, so we will see how those turn out!"
