    About Me

     im disabled i have lymphodema. i love cooking . i live in norfolk ne . im renting a farm house in the country .  hopefully this year i can garden . which i love doing. i like all kinds of foods . i have cook books from several of the ladies i did home health care for the recipes are old and sometimes instructions are not what i would like . it was easier getting people to eat their own recipes . and the handwritten cards were sometimes hard to read .  ive cooked in resturants and i cant stay on my feet long some days . so i cook pretty fast . i miss my friends stacky and redneck, well they were friends with alot of people

    Favorite Foods

    gyros, hummus, green beans cooked with new potatoes onion and bacon, lo mien, almond chicken, my lasagna, Lorna Doones, and Girl Scout mint cookies (who doesn't?), avocados, artichokes, mushrooms and shrimp, havarti cheese, salads of any kind, home made chicken fried steak with white gravy, and chocolate cheesecake.
