    "I really love this recipe. I made it with orange juice, pureed banana and dried apricots. I also added a 1/4 brown sugar. It's a great snack or breakfast. I love that it has no fat and that it is so versatile. Next time, i want to use sweet potatoes instead of banana, milk instead of juice and maybe add spices and chocolate chips. Thanks for shari..."

    "This recipe is effortless and the result was rather good. It makes a dry cornbread that would be good for stuffing or to have toasted with butter and jelly. I would probably add a pinch of salt next time, and maybe another tablespoon of maple syrup."
