"Really great recipe! I adapted it a bit by substituting the canned tomatoes by fresh ones and adding garlic, as a member suggested. I changed the combination of spices a bit too and I served it over couscous."

"This recipe is effortless and the result was rather good. It makes a dry cornbread that would be good for stuffing or to have toasted with butter and jelly. I would probably add a pinch of salt next time, and maybe another tablespoon of maple syrup."
