    About Me

I'm an American living in Japan. The food here is amazing, I've recently started eating many different types of Curry and I wish I was eating this earlier... it's amazing. Japanese curry is more salty than Indian and Thai, there's is a lot sweeter, but they are all delicious in their own way.

My favorite holiday is thanksgiving. I make this gravy to die for! I want to post the recipe but I don't really know the measurements, it's more of a taste thing.

I love baking a lot. I like making(or at least trying to make) very complex pastries, cakes, pies cookies and candies!

Gourmet magazine has some really good recipes in there and they are time consuming. So if you get in the mood for something challenging, I suggest going to their website and getting a few recipes. I'm going to make a few over the holidays and will post how they turned out!

    Thanks for reading about me!
