"I was really hoping this would be a great recipe because my boys (2yrs, 4yrs and 6 yrs old do not eat any veggies and was sure this would be a hit. "This was very good. The only difference I would do next time is BAKE my chicken cutlets. With olive oil drizzled on top and cooking spray on bottom it would be less fattening but still loaded with flavor. "I made these hoping for ALOT more after reading all the other reviews. They were OK for me, not enough flavor, I am Italian and used to cooking with lots of garlic. I actually added garlic and romano grated cheese to the mixture and topped it with shredded mozzarella and still it was too bland for me. Not the worst but definately not the best ..."
