    "Sushi rice made easy. Worked perfectly the first time. I was lazy though and used a prepared sushi rice seasoning from Chinatown (comes in powder and ended up a bit overseasoned. Next time I'll go with your seasoning recipe."

    "Loved it. The shrimp with toasted sesame are not only tasty but nice to look at too. The cilantro gets a little lost in the sauce but nonetheless good. Later I added some sriracha to the sauce and that made it more interesting for my palate - like a spicy Japanese mayo with scallion/cilantro. Maybe next time I'll try half with black and half with ..."
