Reviewed Thai Noodles With Spicy Peanut Sauce

     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By HollyGolightly

"Just WOW!!!! I've had other peanut dishes that used normal noodles and was never impressed with the results and had resigned myself to not ever being able to make thai noodle dishes at home. I have a wonderful peanut curry but that's more complicated and rice takes much longer to cook. This was fast, easy, and DELICIOUS!"

"These are great! I've made them before although a little different on some of the ingredients. Definitely get the texture right and perfect for corn dogs!!! I've had to steam mine a little bit longer though to firm them up properly."

     |  By MC Baker

"These were delicious! We changed the filling up some (we like black beans in ours and had guests coming so jalepenos had to be cut out. The masa was a little too thick and probably needed a touch more broth. It was difficult to spread thin enough so our tamales were quite a bit of the masa and not so much of the filling so that's a change I'll ma..."

"I was looking for something to delight my husband and his parents for dessert after a simple dinner. They had lived in Turkey for a while and my husband constantly lamented the lack of good Baklava at any of the Mediterranean restaurants in our area. Pistachios are a must if you want this to be authentic, but I'm not a fan of them myself so I made..."

"So creamy and thick, this is delicious. We chopped up the potato and doubled the thai curry paste but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. It's very forgiving. Next time I think I'm going to add a hint of red pepper to increase the spice a bit. My 15 month old loved it! (He likes savory foods!"

"I'm a vegetarian. As such I used Quorn Chick'n Nuggets (which are a chicken substitute, nonbreaded and cut up in square inches. I placed them in a ziplock bag and put the ranch dressing in with it. I didn't measure a full cup, but was careful not to put too much. I shook the bag thoroughly to get the ranch on all the pieces then added all the dry..."

    Reviewed Cold Peanut Soba Noodles

     |  By EdsGirlAngie

"I was really looking forward to this because I like peanuts. I could not find soba noodles and that might have been the problem, but after trying them I'm not sure I care to go out of my way looking for the proper noodles. The cold noodles did not help at all and I felt the sauce had such a strange flavor. I was unable to finish my portion before ..."

"This recipe was great. My husband and I like to make things that will serve as leftovers for lunches and this was not only delicious the night of, but also reheated excellently for the next day. (Or the next and the next, We followed another suggestion and put cheese in between the layers and we've decided we like it alot more that way though."
