    Reviewed Simple Waffles from Scratch

    "What an easy recipe. I did tweak it just a bit after reading the reviews....I used less milk, a bit more baking soda. Turned out FLUFFY and crispy. Not too sweet as we used butter and syrup and fried chicken on the side! Yummy all the way!"

    "Easy to follow recipe. I, too, use beef broth instead of bullion cubes. And throwing in a bit more of Chardonnay doesn't hurt either! I've never had to use water and it still turns out great. My roast always turns out tender and delicious."
