"Fixed it just like you said in the recipe, but wasn't in no hurry, so defrosted the bird, rubbed with the herb & spice mix, put in plastic bag & in fridge overnight. "Fantastic, "old fashion comfort food", just like Mom use to make. Made a few changes because did not have items on hand. Used "recipe #52689" for chili sauce & used 1 can of V-8 juice instead of tomato soup. Also used home canned stewed tomatoes from my garden.

"Made it for church picnic & went like "hotcakes". Was a little to tart for my taste so added sugar as I layered ingredients(about 1/2 cup). Used packaged slaw mix (not as good as fresh) and was done & in frig in 10 min. Will use again."
