    "Fixed it just like you said in the recipe, but wasn't in no hurry, so defrosted the bird, rubbed with the herb & spice mix, put in plastic bag & in fridge overnight. Have a 6 1/2 Qt. oval slow-cooker, coated it with Pam, followed the recipe to the "T" & cooked it for the full time. Came home & house smelled heavenly. Bird feel off the bone & meat ..."

    "Fantastic, "old fashion comfort food", just like Mom use to make. Made a few changes because did not have items on hand. Used "recipe #52689" for chili sauce & used 1 can of V-8 juice instead of tomato soup. Also used home canned stewed tomatoes from my garden.
    I'm just now making it for the 2nd time, and does it smell good.

    "Made it for church picnic & went like "hotcakes". Was a little to tart for my taste so added sugar as I layered ingredients(about 1/2 cup. Used packaged slaw mix (not as good as fresh and was done & in frig in 10 min. Will use again."
