    About Me

I am nothing special; just a common man with common thoughts, and I've led a common life. There are no monuments dedicated to me and my name will soon be forgotten. But in one respect I have succeeded as gloriously as anyone who's ever lived: I've loved another with all my heart and soul; and to me, this has always been enough. Love is glorious!

    Favorite Foods

I love just about anything I've ever eaten but I am really parcial to cheesy foods like casseroles. I'm a real meat and potato man just like most men I suppose. I really like all meats and can not put one over the other. Lamb is my newest favorite meat but I love Beef, Pork, Fish and Chicken. Notice I listed chicken last!

I am a big fan of smoking meats. I prepare what I consider to be the best Smoked BBQ and Ribs in the world. I eat a lot of BBQ, living in the Memphis area but I have never tasted any I would say is better than mine. I have had enough practice! I have cooked BBQ Pork for about 45 years, and I mean cooked a lot! However, all of it was not good. Only in the last 10 years did I acquire the expertese to smoke some good stuff. I have about $600 dollars tied up in my ELECTRIC smoker that I put together. If you are interested Zmail me and I will point you in the right direction.
