"What a wonderful disguise for leftover turkey, especially since I don't really like turkey!! I substituted wild rice for the brown rice (loved the crunch and added a good size layer of fresh baby spinach between the rice and the chopped turkey (because I had an overstock of spinach that threatened to go limp."

"Wonderful snack! I used 16 cups of popcorn instead of 8. This made the caramel corn light and crunchy without any stickiness and the taste was still quite adicting."

"Although DH thought it was a nice change from tilapia on the grill, I was disappointed that the basil, lemon and wine flavors did not infuse the fish very much. It was quick and easy, which is always a plus, but I might try running the basil, lemon and butter through the blender next time, then coating both sides of the fillets before sprinkling ..."

"We really, really liked this one dish, make ahead, cold meal yesterday when it was hot outside. DH especially commented on the nice contrast between the sweetness of the pineapple and the bite of the curry (I did use 2 teaspoons. I loved the crunch of the peanuts."

"Very good flavor. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because I had trouble getting the inside cooked. "I added some bell peppers because I had an abundance from my garden and I usually love them in a sweet and sour dish. But it was the sauce that I really did not care for very much. It had a small bite from the cayenne, but seemed otherwise awfully bland - with no sweet or sour that I could detect."

"I really wish I could give this one 10 stars it was so good. I used fresh handmade whole wheat tortillas (from Trader Joes. I did need to turn the oven up to 375 to get the tortilla crisp. In addition to the mozerella and tomatoes, I added a few sliced black olives and artichoke hearts before drizzling the olive oil mixture over the lot. The ..."

"The only places I deviated from the recipe was that I first peeled the eggplant to avoid the bitterness in the skin; then in the sauce I used only a pinch of red pepper flakes and substituted a 30 ounce can of diced tomatoes as my garden offered slim pickins that day. I did use a wire rack when baking the coated eggplant which made nice crisp sli..."

"Super easy and very tasty! I used white wine vinegar and added a bit of celery seed. Next time, I might add some chopped sweet onion also."

"We all gave this one a five star rating and it was relatively quick and easy. I used a mild salsa and Ortega green chilies, which made the dish not at all spicy in our opinions. Next time I think I might try a little hotter pepper."
