"Wonderful cookies! I used butter flavor Crisco for the shortening. I didn't roll them in sugar but sprinkled sugar on them while they were cooling. The amount of spices were perfect. I scooped the cookies out with a small cookie scoop. I'm adding this recipe to my recipe box."

"Loved this recipe. These are wonderful muffins. I made them yesterday and they are as good today as they were when I made them. My topping also melted into the muffin. Will cut the butter back some next time to see if this helps. Definitely a keeper!!"

"These rolls were very good. I substituted 1/2 c. melted butter for the oil. I didn't put the sugar in the glaze. The ease of using the bread machine makes these so easy to make. Definitely a keeper!"

"Excellent recipe. I did add extra jalapenos for more of a kick. I added 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese. It gives a nice color to the dip."

"Made this for my father-in-law who loves stuffed peppers but has a hard time eating the pepper in one piece. I used 2 cups of tomato sauce and it turned out perfect. It's also a very pretty casserole. Next time I will try putting in some canned diced tomatoes also. Much easier than stuffed peppers and just as good. Will definitely be making again."

"Made this recipe for a Mexican potluck at work. Loved it. I made it the night before and refrigerated overnight. Baked the next morningbefore I went to work. I used canned tomatoes, drained, and added a can of Rotel tomatoes. I did not use the jalapenos. Served it with fat free sour cream and everyone loved it. Very good."

"Great diabetic recipe. I think even non-diabetics would like this. It's a light, fluffy lemon cake. So simple to make and the powdered sugar gives just the right amount of sweetness. Great recipe. You could do so many different flavors with this recipe. Thanks so much for posting."

"This is a wonderful recipe. I used a store bought angel food cake and sugar free jello. This is an awesome diabetic dessert. I didn't put Cool Whip on the dessert but had it available for those who wanted it. This goes in the recipe box and will be made many more times. Thanks for sharing this recipe."
