I am a food scientist that works for a consumer products company. I love to cook and experiment with different flavors and textures. However, my husband won't eat anything with onions and garlic in it. Don't worry-- I sneak them in once in a while. :) My favorite cookbook right now is the Moosewood cookbook. The tabbouli is fabulous!
My absolute favorite foods are dill pickles and lemons. I know-- it's weird. I am famous for my sugar cookies, pinapple angle food cake, and roasted tomato soup. Oh no! Now I want soup! lol. My favorite restaurant is Buddy's in Pocatello, ID. It's a little Italian restaurant with a salad that will give you garlic breath for a week! Good stuff.
