"This is a great recipe and I use it regularly. You do need to adjust the ingredients to suit your taste and the meat you are serving, but don't leave out the dill: it is what make this recipe exceptional."

I started cooking about ten years ago when my wife mistakenly bought raw shrimp for a party instead of cooked shrimp. I figured what the heck and tried a recipe. It turned out great and I was hooked!
Within my circle of family and friends, I am "famous" for Shrimp Scampi and the marinades I make for meats cooked on the grill.
