    About Me

I was born and raised in Eau Gallie, Florida. After many years of moving around the South I returned to Eau Gallie where I am curently living.

    Favorite Foods

Well, my favorite foods to cook are the ones that taste good!

I guess if I had to choose, it would probably be food that is a little on the spicy side.

The things I get requested to make the most are Potato Salad, Jambalaya, Guacamole Dip, Southern Fried Chicken, and Chicken Noodle Soup. I just like to cook and put a smile on people’s faces.

I like to take classic recipes and make them new again. I think some people think that a recipe has to be complicated to be good, but I think the simple recipes with familiar ingredients are the best.
