"Wonderful recipe..very easy to make!! Everything goes in one bowl. I like that you can adjust the sweetness. This time I am filling a cake so I chose 4T. of sugar, if I were serving this as a dessert by itself...I would use the full amount. Has a smooth texture and wonderful rich flavor. Thanks for posting a recipe I will use many times!"

"GREAT recipe!! I was looking for a basic recipe that I could tweak to suit my own taste. Didn't take much tweaking!! I did add an extra tsp. of sugar, some crumbled bacon and one diced fresh tomato. This is one that you can use your imagination with....add "whatever" or follow the recipe to the letter. It is just wonderful!! Thanks, Evelyn :"

"A real keeper recipe!! Easy to make. It' comes out like a soft chewy brownie in a pie shell.....rich and yummy!! The recipe calls for the pie shell to be partially pre-baked. I baked for half the time called for on the pie shell package. Oh, and didn't have any unsalted butter so I just used salted and omitted the 1/4 t. salt called for in the rec..."

I add some crushed ritz to the top and dot with butter/sprinkle with more cheese. I use fresh steamed broccoli crowns. If you get frozen broccoli, it is better cooked for a few minutes to soften it up, I"m not a big f..."

"Very easy to make. The cake mix turns out like a thick sweet "crust" on the bottom. The picture shown is EXACTLY what they look like (fyi. Will make again. Next time I am going to try lemon cake mix and add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the cream cheese mix.....would be great with many different variations. Thanks for a great recipe that's awes..."

"I used linguine noodles and added 1/2 c. of bean sprouts, used more soy and 4 cloves of garlic. I also added some teryaki sauce....just a dash or two. I think next time I will use less carrots and grate them instead of slices. I used green pepper just because that's all I had on hand. If you like a bit of "kick" increase the red pepper flakes to ..."

"WOW!! GOOD STUFF! I used 2 eggs and added a bit more soy(only used regular. Also added a few drops of teriyaki sauce for added flavor. I used the frozen peas & carrots already mixed. I think this would be good with shrimp or beef, too. This is a keeper recipe, for sure!! Thanks for posting, Sue :"

"If you really want grandma's recipe, look no further! I never thought I'd duplicate my own granny's recipe, but this is it. For extra moist cake, wrap in plastic wrap then foil while the cake is still hot. This recipe is now going to be a Holiday favorite in my house. Thanks so much for sharing! P.S. I skipped the cocoa, added more raisins and use..."
