"This is more of a buckle than a cobbler; the topping is a little too cakey for my taste. Might try increasing the butter and decreasing the cream next time. I also think the fruit would go nicely with brown sugar instead of white. Overall, very tasty, just needs a few tweaks for my personal taste."

"These never made it into the freezer; we ate them all up right out of the fridge. Might sub some dried dill for the celery seed, as its not one of my favorite flavors."

"The nutritional guide is actually correct. The 6.3 grams of sugar are from the lactose in the milk."

"Instead of adding milk to the granita, try topping this with a dollop of lightly sweetened whipped cream! Works equally well with an aspartame-based sweetener, or add 1/4 c sugar to the hot coffee and stir til dissolved."

"This was delicious! We used 2 lbs of fresh tomatillos, and cooked them down with the chicken broth until they were soft, then processed them with the onions, garlic and jalapenos. We also tossed in a couple of scallions, since they were left over from another recipe. Bright and tangy, nice tender meat... served with rice and black beans."

"Needs a lot more horseradish for my taste."

"Very tasty! Just the right combination of tangy and sweet to pair with the mineral flavor of a well aged steak."

"Delicious. It would have been five stars... except I needed about 1/3 more liquid than it called for. (Fortunately I've learned to expect that and heated up more stock than the recipe said."

"I used pork cutlets as the protein. I mixed chicken broth and white wine 50/50 to make up the liquid for the sauce, and left out the parsley. Delicious."

"Delicious! I added a splash of white wine at the very beginning. It needed more liquid and cooking time, so I kept adding doses of hot water (from my hot/cold dispenser until it was done to my liking. The recipe instructions mention cheese, but there is no cheese in the ingredient list; I added about 1/2 c grated Parmigiano-Reggiano."
