    Reviewed Roasted Parmesan Garlic Cauliflower

"I fully admit cauliflower is not one of my favorite foods. It's bland to me and tastes like whatever you cook it with - so I like parmesan and garlic so this was flavorful and filling to me. If you like cauliflower this is a great way to prepare it."

"I loved this, my husband liked it. It was my first time doing a double layer breading, but it was like my boneless skinless chicken breast had skin, so I'm a huge fan of the breading. The dish was very moist and rich, I will definitely be making it again, probably when I have company next time."

"My husband doesn't like sweet too much, so this savory squash dish was a hit in our house and very easy to prepare."

"Love these cookies. I've made vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cake batter cookies, with chocolate, peanut butter & white chocolate chips. All are excellent, red velvet look amazing on a Christmas cookie tray. Extremely easy and great taste."

"I'm sorry, I made these for a Christmas party bake-off and I won't make them again unless I can find a substitute for the corn starch. The cookies look pretty and had a good amount of peppermint flavor, not too strong or weak, but you could taste the corn starch. My husband and I disliked them, the judge at the bake-off (who is a friend didn't li..."

Reviewed Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Chicken
    Handle
     |  By Charlotte J

"This is a solid meal, but nothing exceptional; it was a nice work-week dinner but won't become a regular rotation for us. I did make slight modifications. I put a layer of coursely chopped onion in the bottom of the crock pot and used 1.5 cups of chicken broth instead of water and boulion. I also used a whole crock pot chicken and rubbed it down w..."

"Great cake, I made this for a baby shower since the Mom2B is really missing being able to have any kind of alcohol. Because of that, when adding the rum I did put it back on heat to boil 2 additional minutes as I wanted the taste, but not the alcohol. I did poke holes in the base of the cake and pour about a 1/4 or 1/3 of the glaze into the cake f..."

"Made this as a summer side dish, great flavor and color. I used a red pepper as I prefer them to green, otherwise followed recipe exactly. YUM! I was able to marinade about 2 hours in the fridge before dinner, everyone thought it tasted great.
UPDATE: Since last year this has become my go-to salad that is requested. I frequently add a half ..."

"This is delicious, though I made it just slightly altered, I used white grape juice as I couldn't find white cranberry juice and I used pineapple sherbert as I've always used sherbert in punches. We were doing a crazy party, so we put zombie ducks in it instead of the more traditional rubber duckies. Huge hit!"

"I personally don't like jello shots, but they were popular at the party they were served at. I would definitely make them again. Also, the fruit wedge presentation is just beautiful. Each batch filled 4 orange halves and 1 lemon or lime. It's very easy to do, cut fruit in half, hollow out and place in muffin tins to hold stable, pat down rind, fil..."
