    I love to cross-stitch (mostly dragons).
    I'm an avid gardener.
    I'm a gourmet vegetarian cook and baker. I made my own sourdough starter and have been known to make breads that take two and three days.
    I'm married to a man who is also a vegetarian (luckily).
    I currently have four cats and a parrot.

    Favorite Foods

    My current favourite is Indian food followed closely by Italian. I rarely make anything exactly as a recipe states. I enjoy experimenting. I'm known for my barbecued tofu. Even the carnivores in the family love it. I rarely get to go to restaurants because my husbands says I cook better than them. *sigh* screwed up in reverse LOL
