    Reviewed A-To-Z Bread

"This was good. I used 1c fresh strawberries, and 1c fresh rhubarb. I also subbed some of the AP flour for wheat. I was a bit worried, because the mix seemed dry, but I figured the fruit would give off moisture as it baked(which it did). Thanks for helping me use up my large stash of rhubarb!"

"Very easy way to do ribs. I rubbed mine the night before and let them marinate in the fridge. Like many people, I didn't have jalapeno seasoning, but I just used red pepper flakes that I ground in a spice grinder. I also used toasted onion powder(Penzey's instead of regular, and beer for the braising liquid to sub the wine. However, I did think th"

"This is really easy(it doesn't require constant stirring, and watching and very tasty. My boyfriend loves it. I have made Alton's trifle with it before, which is also good. We use it in coffee, on greek yogurt, and I'm serving it with sauteed bananas and ice cream tomorrow.

I think I'd add(REAL vanilla extract towards the end, rather than the bean, though. Both times I've made it, I end up skimming most of the seeds back up with the foam from the baking soda. I know you still get some of the flavor...but it seems like a waste.

    Reviewed Chicken and Dumplings

"This was SO good. I used celery and bay leaves when I made my stock, and then discarded when strained. I don't really like pearl onions, so I used a diced onion, instead. Also, I didn't have heavy cream, but it was delicious without. Perfect winter dish. I'll be making it again soon! Thanks for the great recipe, Tyler.
