"It's incredible just how good a vegan 'cheese' sauce can taste. I'm going to be making this sauce again, just for broccoli or cauliflower, without the orzo. The instructions didn't mention when to add the nutritional yeast so I incorporated it in step 2. Almond milk was substituted for rice milk since that's what I ha..."

"This is a very nice mixture. So far I've used to to season some mixed veggies. It's a lot more flavorful than plain salt."

"Seriously delicious! I substituted bbq sauce for the sriracha sauce since that's what I had on hand and I left out the broccoli since I had another side in the works. I cut the tofu into slabs and baked as directed."

"I didn't have any blackberries so I doubled up on the raspberries but that's the only deviation I made to the recipe. I love the bit of sweetness imparted by the date. Delicious and very easy to adjust to the fruit you have on hand."

"I loved the slight tang of this barbecue sauce. I used it to make baked tofu as suggested in the intro. I'll be making this again."

I did use a bit of the jalapeno juice. I also tried baking some with white cheese as suggested. Very good. Made for Spring 2013 PAC"

"This recipe is delicious! I especially like the flavor from the red pepper jelly. I had to make a couple of changes and I apologize for that. This recipe would be great as written. First, my peppers were rather small so I added a bit of celery. Then, when I cut open my purple onion, it was spoiled. I substituted a regular cooking onion which worke..."

"When I first mixed all the ingredients together and had a taste I thought this was good. After I allowed the flavors to mingle for a while I thought this salad was great. I used about 2 cups of drained canned tomatoes since fresh tomatoes aren't great at this time of year. Also, using canned saves me from having to peel and chop. Thanks Elmo..."

"These were really nice. I like thin pancakes much more than thick. I used whole wheat flour instead of white and served them with fresh berries and applesauce. Made for Spring PAC 2013."
