"This didn't really work for us. I followed the instructions and ended up with a chewy product. I tried a little longer oven time and they quickly went to near burnt, which isn't a pleasant taste. In addition, I needed about 5 pans to do these, not just the 2 mentioned in the instructions."

"I wanted a lighter side to go with dinner and thought this would be nice and refreshing. I did like the added flavors and textures of the oranges and pineapple but found the ginger to be overpowering. DH liked it but I couldn't eat mine. Not too much mayo in this, which is good for me since I don't like the stuff. I used black pepper and it wa..."

"This has nice flavor but I had some problems with it. The cooking time took about 30 minutes until it appeared the stock was absorbed (never had that problem before. It was also very salty despite using a very low sodium soy sauce. Next time I'd probably leave out the salt altogether. I used red quinoa."

"Our first time making enchiladas and it couldn't have been easier. They tasted great right out of the oven and better the next day. I served the bell pepper and onion as an add on since DS can be picky about that (and he's the one that really wanted to make these. I only used 3 oz of cream cheese since that is the current size of the small pac..."

"We had high hopes for this recipe but it didn't work for us. I tried the recipe twice and neither time had the desired outcome. The first time I followed instructions as written and the chips were too chewy. I thought maybe my mandoline made them too thick so the next time I cooked them longer (about 1 hour on each side and they still had some..."

"DH loves coleslaw and said this reminded him of the ones his grandmother used to make. This was our side for dinner tonight. Loved the ease and quickness of the preparation. The flavor is nice but there is A LOT of dressing and it is very soupy at the bottom."

"Found this on a McCormick holiday recipe handout at the grocery store. I made them for breakfast this morning and they were great! I could not find the biscuits in sizes as described so bought 2 packages coming to 24 oz and it worked just fine. Everything else was as written. I'm sure we'll finish the leftovers tomorrow."

"Fabulous! I made this for my mother's book group who, I was told, "doesn't eat much." Well, she served it to them (right, they don't eat much! and then kept it for her bridge group. Luckily, I got an early taste. The orange flavor is a great surprise. I used raspberries and Reynolds Release foil. No powdered sugar on top (still Fabulous!."

"Found this recipe in the "Favorite Brand Name Silly Snacks" cookbook. I thought it might give DS a giggle at dinner so I made it. I used ground beef, my own taco sauce and added some cheese on top at the end of baking. I'm sure we'll have this again and just change the cookie cutters to fit the season."

"These were a nice cookie but didn't wow us. They are definitely better with the nutmeg sprinkle. Followed the recipe as written and baked on parchment paper."
