"I used coffee, hazelnut cream flavored coffee, which I think affected the flavor in a positive way. DH won't eat carrots and hated them, but my dd, who normally won't touch cooked carrots, had seconds. It was good enough that a non-carrot fan like me ate them and enjoyed them, too.Will definitely make this again."

"Delish!Even my dh, who is seriously anti-lemon, said it was delicious. No one but me will eat the sauce, so I didn't bother making it. I did add about 1/4 tsp of dried dill to the marinade. It was fantastic over brown rice with spinach. Definitely a keeper!"

"This was a really dry cake for me (overbeat?. I'll try it at least one more time before I give up, but I was a bit disappointed the first time. The glaze, too, was just not quite right, it tasted more of the sugar than the cocoa."

"Tasty, but had problems cooking. The first batch burned, the next came out okay, but I had to keep pushing the "Add 30 Seconds" button on the microwave. They were tasty as a snack just for me, but probably not appropriate for company because of the small batch sizes and long cook times."
