    "Very (very) good recipe. I didn't add the basil because I wanted to toss the wings in hot sauce once cooked. Flavour was exactly what I was looking for. While I wouldn't say they were "crispy" they had a nice, dry coating which went very nicely with the hot sauce. My husband said they were as good as any wings he'd had in a pub!"
