"Went camping this weekend and made this in a dutch oven over an open fire. I prepared the tomatillo sauce ahead of time in a food processor and then froze it for the trip. "Made this tonight by the book as always with my first run recipes. I was expecting more of an asian flavor so next time I might switch to freshly grated ginger, a bit more soy sauce, a few drops of sesame oil, garlic and maybe a dash of rice wine viniger. It still turned out great though; closly resembling a beef stroganoff flavor."
