"Very creamy and chocolatey. Makes an absolute ton! I wanted to halve it, but wasn't sure how to figure out how much was 1 lb of nesquick, etc. I will say that if you don't like the taste of Nesquick, this may not be the recipe for you, because it did have a strong presence for me. Thanks for the recipe!"

"Yummy, simple recipe. I made 4 inch hearts with pink frosting (test run for Valentine's Day and they were scarfed down by my grateful mom. I found the dough sticky to work with, and best when quite cold and rolled between two sheets of parchment. They held their shape nicely, did not spread. I wouldn't say they are a very soft cookie, but the tex..."

"I liked the texture on these-although I think they were slightly closer to brownie than cookie? I used devil's food, half with white chocolate chips and the other with p.b. chips. Admittedly, I still tasted the "chemical" taste that accompanies box mixes, so if you don't like cake mix, these might not be for you. However, I still thought they were..."

"These were pretty yummy treats! I found that they could have done with a little less butter, the bottom was a bit greasy. I give them 4 stars because, while they tasted good, they were very hard. I almost wonder if the bottom might have been better if prepared with marshmallows, like a traditional rice krispie treat? Something to consider for next..."

"Northerner here! I made this up for my family and everyone thought it was great. We like it moist, dense, and sweet-and that's how it came out! Definitely more cake than bread. So easy, even I couldn't goof it up! Just used the 8" square, with a smidge of half and half as suggested. Yum! Thanks Mike."

"These were great! So easy. I don't really like lemon, but these were not overly strong. The bottom crust is delicious! Tastes just like shortbread. The first bake only took 20 minutes for me."

"Delicious! Very tasty, super easy to make-a quick and yummy meal. Served with a cool cucumber salad. It didn't have "heat" as I was expecting-which was great as I don't like spicy!-but the boyfriend just added some more freshly ground pepper atop. I definitely think this would be great with shrimp as well, and plan on adding a little more green on..."

"Wonderful! I had a shallow french bread so I cut the toppings back just a little (maybe 3/4c. each and skipped the sesames (didn't miss em. Sent with my mom to a BBQ and they asked where she bought it! Looks professional, tastes delightful. A sort of marriage of garlic bread and artichoke dip! Caution: filling and addictive"

"Conflicting reviews. I thought they were fudgy and chewy, as promised, looked good, and were too easy. My mother took one bite and asked "this is duncan hines, right? I can tell by how salty it is..." (it was D.H. She never uses mixes, so perhaps she's extra sensitive, but it bears mentioning. I sent them into work and they got eaten up quickly, ..."

"I just made this tonight and sure wish I had made more!!! The glaze didn't overpower the salmon taste. I didn't have scallions, but toasted some almond slices in the toaster while it was cooking-great touch. My only changes were that I added a little bit of OJ and a little bit of honey-I wanted a little more liquid to my glaze and the orange juice..."
