"Very tender and easy with most ingredients already in my pantry. I like to skewer these, put them on the indoor grill, then serve with lettuce to make lettuce wraps and hot sauce with a side of steamed jasmine rice. Thanks for this one, it's definitely a keeper for us!"

"Although I've never been to PF Chang's in the US, I still wanted to try this highly rated recipe, so I made sure I followed the directions perfectly. Although the flavour was good, the stirfry sauce was so runny from the water chestnuts & the mushrooms cooking, that it just made a huge mess. I've had lettuce wraps before from other local restauran..."

    Handle
     |  By Marg (CaymanDesigns)

"This was a good recipe. I grilled my sliced zucchini before concocting my lasagne. I used ground turkey, doubled the meat, and the cheese mixture as well as the herbs and garlic. Next time I make this, I think I will add an onion bechamel as the top layer to add to the richness. Thanks for a good base recipe."

    Reviewed Mango Salad
    Handle
     |  By cookiedog

"This was very authentic. It took me a while to find a green mango salad recipe WITHOUT bean sprouts, and this did the trick. I didn't use chicken in this recipe, as it was a side dish to the Thai Chicken Thighs. The only method change I did was I sprinkled the toasted peanuts on top once served instead of mixing it in with the salad during the pre..."

"Outstanding recipe. It was like the tarte tatins in Paris. If you don't have superfine sugar on hand, you can make it with regular sugar (as I did but just make sure there is no grittiness after you've cooked the butter/sugar in the pan. Also, I didn't halve my apples, I sliced them and fanned them out in the pan. It was divine!"

"My first time making seafood chowder, this couldn't get any easier, a great "base" recipe, I loved this method and will be using it from now on. I used lobster, canned clams, shrimp, imitation crab (sushi kind, bite sized salmon pieces, haddock fish, mussels and bay scallops.
Also, I also prepared mashed potato off to the side then added to t..."
