    About Me

    I'm originally from the the west coast and the south, so you'll see a hodge podge of recipes from both areas. Currently, my favorite types of food are Thai, Mexican, Indian, Chinese and Soul. Talk about eclectic tastes! I'm a health conscious mom and wife to a bodybuilder (but we still love our splurge moments).

    Favorite Foods

    I love shell fish (crabs are the best...especially the claws), Salmon, Orange Roughy, baked mac and cheese, chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon rolls right from the oven. Pancakes and waffles make me weak. I also like sushi and I adore some raw dishes.
